  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files legal action.

6. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their access to our website restricted or terminated.
